The customer is willing to customize the MTU parameter on the Bootstrap VM when installing a baremetal IPI cluster. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To access the network segment that the cluster is installed in, it is necessary to tunnel through a VXLAN to the platform switches. The VXLAN headers introduce an additional overhead of 50 bytes. This additional overhead requires the lowering of the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) to 1450, given that the corporate network has an MTU of 1500. This adjustment ensures that packets can be transmitted efficiently without fragmentation within the network's constraints.
