1. Proposed title of this feature request

Add the ability to configure the POLL_PERIOD_SECONDS value in Quay Geo Replication.
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

It would be nice to have the option to set up the storage sync time period, in order to adapt to different customer needs.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

There may be customers who want a shorter time for a better sync (default is 10 secs) and other that could want to reduce overhead by setting a longer interval.
