Proposed title of this feature request - Enable coschedule: pipelineruns
What is the nature and description of the request? - Upstream has created a new mode for running PipelineRuns with RWO PVCs which resolve previous issues, that cause OpenShift to disable affinity assistant entirety, which results in poor performance when using RWO PVCs.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) - on cluster with only RWO PVCs, the performance of Tekton Pipelines is very poor due to detach/reattach of the RWO PVC between Tasks. Enabling coschedule: pipelineruns should resolve the previous issue that caused Red Hat to disable the affinity assistant, allowing users to enjoy significantly faster Pipeline runs.
