2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer would like to know if we can parametrize the secret for the DB_URI in the config.yaml? For example, can we have a secret reference for the DB_URI:

or something along those lines?
3. Why does the customer need this?
We have an ask from a separate team to try to rotate secrets and this would assist in that endeavor.
