Scaling Machine in ROSA from zero with ephemeral-storage request

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

A customer is hitting this bug. The issue is that to apply the workaround it's needed to modify the machineset and, as it's described in this document, they're not directly modifiable in ROSA.

3. Why does the customer need this?

The customer need to be able to use zero instances in their cluster autocaler to avoid additional costs
