This is an RFE to GA OCP IPv4/v6 dual-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack configuration

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

OCP IPv4/v6 dual-stack on OSP IPv4/v6 dual-stack is GA at OCP 4.15 release.
However, OCP IPv4/v6 dual-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack has not been tested and this configuration requires a Support Exception.
My customer may use this configuration in the future and they want this configuration to be GA.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer is slightly moving from IPv4 to IPv6.
And now their OSP cluster is already IPv6 single-stack.
They need to install OCP IPv4/v6 dual-stack on OSP IPv6 single-stack
