oc command to show a high level overview of the cluster health

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
There are many components to OpenShift that contribute to the cluster overall health. We would like a simple summary output, similar to the deprecated "componentstatus" that indicates whether the cluster is Healthy or Unhealthy

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
A simplified overall cluster health is required for daily report generation
