Customer wished to have an integration of a Jira project as a destination (special web hook) to notify if a vulnerabilities is found in Quay. Also the notification from Quay will create a ticket in Jira project if the score of the vulnerability is higher than certain value. Customer prefers to assign the Jira ticket to the owner of the quay organization. 

The purpose of this RFE is to track the vulnerabilities and tickets in Jira can be escalated. Based on that customer can create a process-flow to adapt their needs.
