--> validate faulty NetworkConfig provided in install-config.yaml

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
--> At the moment, the installer doesn't check for syntax or indentation errors in the `networkconfig` section of the install-config.yaml file. This means that if there are any mistakes in the network configuration, the installation fails only at a very advanced stage. However, if we could validate the network configuration before the installation begins, we could prevent wasting a significant amount of time. By catching these errors earlier in the process, we could avoid reaching a point where the installation fails, saving time and effort.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
--> The customer requires network configuration validation to ensure smooth installations, avoid time wastage on late-stage failures, and enhance overall user satisfaction by preemptively identifying syntax errors.
