1. Proposed title of this feature request

Must gather - capture the logs from "must-gather" command to a file instead of `stdout`

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Instead of showing the info logs of must-gather to the `stdout` , collect them to a file that will be stored in the must gather file a simple log file (not in json or xml format).
Only show errors to the stdout and not the info log of collecting the information.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This request is raised as part of the Supportability of the OpenShift by Red Hat Support

Scenario 1:
Many times the must-gather fails to collect the necessary information, however it is only shown to the customer on terminal and not passed to the Support. The must-gather is passed, but the key information is missing.

Scenario 2:
Admin is not able to see the Errors due it is lost in the lines of the must-gather logging and providing the must-gather archive that does not contain the necessary data. Due to the must-gather output log is not collected - support is not able to identify where it failed. Additional information is needed or new must gather must be requested.

Scenario 3:
The admin sees only logs and overlooks the must gather being actually saved in the directory. The admin comes back to Support that must gather can't be collected.
Further investigation needs to be collected.

Please note that the purpose of this RFE is to increase the better UX of the product during critical issues and stressed situations.
