    Description

      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Option to turn on/off `accept-invalid-http-request` at route level2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer who would like to access OCP route with other language in request path will fail. Enabling it globally as per RFE-3033 can be a security issue if set, so enabling it for specific routes would be more secure.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customers using local language in their http request path, will have an errror and fail.

For upstream HAProxy, they could set `accept-invalid-http-request` in haproxy config to make HAProxy accept this kind of request.
