RFE for haproxy to export a metric to determine the current TCP connection count to a router

1. Proposed title of this feature request

A metric for HAProxy to determine the current total connection count.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, we only get a connection count to the latest process, which leaves out the unclosed connections of previous processes.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

    Required for crucial 24/7 monitoring and debugging of production Ingress Controllers and preventive actions for router overload.
