Allow auto sync of the Image Stream as soon as new Image is available to External Registry
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We are not able to sync the Image Stream with the external registry. For eg. We have nodejs 16 available as latest tag in nodejs Image stream, but at registry.redhat.io has nodejs 18 and nodejs 20 available. It should be auto sync with external registry.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer have to pull the images manually from the registry instead of using from Image Stream, or They have to use `oc import-image` command do so. Also they can only be updated after upgrading the cluster.
