Description of problem:
In OperatorHub, installation page's content will not change with the selection of different versions; it will always display the latest version's "Capability level", "Infrastructure features", "Container image", etc. These data are informative for the user. And users may not always install the latest version, so it could be confusing or even misleading if they do not match.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open OperatorHub.
2. Click on any operator that supports more than one verson.
3. Select different versions from drop-down version list.
4. Check if content such as "Container image" and "Created at" differs.
Actual results:
Display the latest version's content. Won't change if select a different version.
Expected results:
Should display the corresponding content for the selected version.
