Is it possible to disable project-wide SSH keys on the GCP autoscale?

The customer would like to disable project-wide ssh keys on their gcp compute instances.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
This is Causing a security risk. They would like to know if  OpenShift has any procedure to prevent injection of GCP provided ssh-keys.
