1. Proposed title of this feature request
Enable egress IP on additional network interfaces on hypervisor environments, like for example vSphere IPI/UPI clusters.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
This new feature introduced in OCP 4.14 is only enabled and supported o bare metal clusters. However there are many customers that use vSphere infrastructure (for example) for OpenShift clusters that currently can't use this new feature.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We have a large customer base using vSphere as their infrastructure for OpenShift that have the same requirements that are addressed by this new feature.
