      1. Proposed title of this feature request

To  display without awkward arithmetic the available/unallocated/uncommitted resources of each type on the nodes.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

To  display without awkward arithmetic the available/unallocated/uncommitted resources of each type on the nodes (CPU, RAM, AWS EBS volume mounts per node).

The suitably aggregated metrics which shows how much resource the scheduler has not already earmarked for some pods or another.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

It is practically impossible to do effective OCP cluster forward capacity planning in the context of complex workloads (some of which are under operator control and not under direct control and end up being deployed without resource request and limit values) and especially answer seemingly straightforward questions such as "when the workload scheduler looks at this node, what amount of each resource does it consider 'currently available'?"

      4. List any affected packages or components.
