dns option support for Agent-Based Installation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

To be able to add dns options when installing OCP with Agent based installer with agent-config.yaml.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To deploy OCP clusters with the fewer steps. When needing to deploy lots of clusters together, supporting dns options within the installation process would save time. Now that we have nmstate packages that support dns options - nmstate-1.4.5-2 or nmstate-2.2.20-1 and those higher versions, we might as well allow the dns options to be used.
