We have a bussines requiremnt that everything needs to operate via Multi Factor Authentication.
We are going to be setting up a new Quay Instance with OIDC based authentication, however there is no option to disable Internal Authentication.

We would like the ability to disable Internal Authentication Entirely and only use OIDC.
