[RFE] Add nameSuffix prop to ResourceLink component which is exposed to dynamic plugin

ResourceLink component in console repository is having nameSuffix prop which is used to add icon as suffix to the resource name but this prop is not present in the ResourceLink component which is exposed to dynamic plugins
