Allow logFormat configuration for Custom Metrics Autoscaler operator

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

It would be a nice to add a JSON log format option, through a "–logFormat" flag, for example.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This format would alloe to have pre parsed data in the elastic logs management systems.
