Allow Deletion and Edit option for Identity Provider in Oauth.

   Allow deletion of Identity provider in oauth using Console

 # What is the nature and description of the request

We are able to add the Identity provider in oauth of OCP console but there is no option for delete and edit option of the particular identity provider directly using the console we have to edit the yaml. Is it possible to delete or edit the provider directly from console without editing the yaml.

Customer has to edit the yaml every time as if he needs to edit the particular identity provider or to Delete it.
