A> ETCD encryption[1] weekly rollout is happening on peak hours (10 - 11 AM, GMT+7) and causing downtime.
CU is unable to access console during the rollout and even jobs/knative deployments are unable to be deployed.

They are looking for a way/feature to control the timing of these rollouts.
