      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Ability to sync OS time from NTP and update HW clock at the time of installation of OpenShift

      2. What is the nature and description of the request

Hardware clock is not enabled by default on Dell servers.
Servers continuously boot with virtual media (initial thin ISO with only network configuration) mounted by Bootstrap VM. Date and Time on the servers are not in sync with installer / bastion node. As a result, IO error is seen on the virtual console of all servers and they retry and boot from virtual media repeatedly.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer has to manually set the HW clock every time and it's impacting their deployment process.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
