1. Proposed title of this feature request
Select an alternative root install device for nodes when creating a cluster using RHACM
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
When using the discovery ISO from RHACM to boot a target host that has multiple storage devices, there is no mechanism to specify or influence which disk the agent will use as the installation target. When using the Agent based install method on its own to deploy a cluster, you have the option to provide root device hints via the AgentConfig CRD
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer wishes to bring up a node with a specific disk used as the OS root, and reserve the other for cluster storage. By default, the ACM influenced agent is installing the OS on the disk they want to reserve used for storage instead
4. List any affected packages or components.
