Must gather to capture the network policy that is created in namespaces

Must gather to capture the network policy that is created in namespaces

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As of now the must-gather does not capure the network policy that are created inside the namespaces, this leads to support folks ask them for data again + customer dont say it by them selves about network policy which creates problem with the normal functioning of OCP components

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This will help support team and TAM to analyze the network policy and also understand if they have any wrongly configured policy which breaks the functioning of the OCP
