      1. Proposed title of this feature request
      Add GLOBAL_READONLY_SUPER_USERS LDAP equivalent

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
GLOBAL_READONLY_SUPER_USERS is a list of local super users that have read only access. In LDAP environments, instead of listing specific users, a filter could be added that grants all members of a specific team in LDAP read only access to the registry.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Client is using LDAP in their environment and wants to provide whole groups of users read only access. It's cumbersome to list all users in the config.yaml file and it's also prone to errors.
