Add support for configuring port isolation on network interfaces bridged to a physical network to block the communications between VMs in the same VLAN.

The result should be that the VM should be able to communicate only with the gateway and other non-isolated VMs in that VLAN.

This will require that the ports on the physical switch to have port isolation enabled and hairpin disabled.
