Auto Renewal of Certifcates in secrets openshift-gitops-ca and openshift-gitops-tls

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The certifiates in secrets `openshift-gitops-ca` and `openshift-gitops-tls` are not renewed automatically and instead require manual deletion of the secrets to renew them. The certificates should be automatically renewed by the operator before the validity expires.
