API to monitor the cluster creation

1. What is the nature and description of the request?

As of today, we have an API to monitor the cluster creation status with below API. But that is available only when hosts are ready. Even if single host discovery fails the cluster creation doesn’t start and we don’t get any status. So, need a way to monitor the host status or infra status.

1.  Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Need API to monitor the hosts status at the discovery stage which is not available at the cluster status API.
We are looking for same information available in API that ACM UI shows under Host Inventory --> Cluster-name
