      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support of OpenShift on AWS ARC - new OCP installations and migrations to using this technology provided by AWS [1]

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

AWS ARC [2] provides customers with a method of controlling the DNS layer when failing applications running on OpenShift/K8s clusters.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers are building applications to failover between uswest and useast regions and want to have the ability to migrate their DNS records during this type of failure. AWS ARC provides the ability to failover easily for this type of scenario.
