Proposed title of this feature request

• We need network performance image with every OCP version in order to collect systemtap data.

 What is the nature and description of the request?

• As we need an exact same kernel version in order to collect stap data. This will help our customers to collect stap data with ease.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Where we need to collect the kernel-networking data, we need to run stap and for now, there is no official way to create it in RHEL coreos.

List any affected packages or components.
