2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Today GCP region me-central2 (Dammam region, KSA) is a GA as a sovereign cloud for Saudi Arabia with a huge interest from the government, the feature request is about supporting the region for OSD.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We are looking to make OSD a valid option for customers looking to consume Openshift on GCP, we need OSD to be supported.
