      Direct upload of support data to case
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      Customers have indicated a pain point around the collection of data from the cluster and getting the requested information to the support case. Depending on a given environment, it can take a few hops to get a must-gather uploaded to a case. The idea behind this RFE would be a concept similar to the behavior of redhat-support-tool where the customer would be able to upload a must-gather, namespace inspect, or other data directly to the case from the cluster.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      Customer has identified that a significant portion of time to resolution is spent not only collecting the requested data but also getting the data into the case. This can sometimes mean transferring from the cluster to a bastion, then to a laptop, then uploaded to the case. When this is being done with a large file such as a must-gather, it can significantly increase the time to get crucial data to support.
