2. What is the nature and description of the request?

RFE-3754 / TELCOSTRAT-87 cover reducing the OpenShift platform and associated RH provided components to a single physical core on Intel Sapphire Rapids platform for deployments on Single Node OpenShift (SNO).

Telco partners and their customer also require the OpenShift platform and associated RH provided components to consume a single physical core on Intel Sapphire Rapids platform for deployments on Single Node OpenShift with a single worker node (SNO+Worker).

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Edge and Far Edge deployments require the platform to consume as few resources as possible in order to leave the maximum amount of resources available for the workload.
