      1. Proposed title of this feature request
      nfd-worker DaemonSet to tolerate NoExecute

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Given that NoExecute is rather a common taint to be set/configured on OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Node(s) it would be appreciated if the nfd-worker DaemonSet has toleration for NoExecute.

If adding this by default is not possible, it would be nice to have a way to configure custom toleration via the custom resource definition. Doing it that way would allow additional flexibility and allow customers to apply potential additional custom taints that should be tolerated by the DaemonSet.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The NoExecute taint is rather common in use and therefore often applied to OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Node(s). It's therefore natural that application are expected to tolerate NoExecute specifically if they are considered critical for the stable use of OpenShift Container Platform 4 (and NFD is considered critical).

      4. List any affected packages or components.
