Ability to make use of internal private DNS that is not hosted in Azure for private cluster installation

Customer is looking for a way to make use of it's own internal DNS which is not hosted on Azure

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Azure private cluster installation requires DNS to be hosted on azure, as per customer current scenario they will have to migrate their complete DNS setup from on-prem to Azure which is a tedious task.
