Support for more than one Tekton Hub endpoint in Tekton Hub resolver

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

 As of the current tekton configuration, there is only one Tekton Hub endpoint defined in resolver.

 In accordance with a few requirements from our end, we have launched a new instance of Tekton Hub. We would like to know if Tekton Config supports two Tekton Hub instances.
