Support for labels in MachineSet to be used with label selectors in MachineAutoscaler.

Support for labels in MachineSet to be used with label selectors in MachineAutoscaler. 

Currently, it's done non-programmatically by statically specifying the MachineSet name in the MachineAutoscaler object.
