1. Proposed title of this feature request

• Add option for OCP 4.13 in https://access.redhat.com/labs/ocpouic for non-EUS upgrades

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Currently, the Operator Update Information Checker provides info only for EUS releases however it would greatly help if non-EUS releases like 4.13 is also added.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• It will help with finding the required data easily for upgrading operators when considering cluster upgrades. It will help multiple customers.
