When accessing the Alerts tab on the web console page to review cluster alerts, users encounter pre-applied filters with no option for permanent customization or removal. Customer want The privilege to set their preferred default filters to align with their specific requirements.

Having the privilege to customize default filters according to their requirements can save users valuable time. They prefer not to have predefined filters on the Alerts tab. When the alert page is opened, they would like the default alerts to be tailored to their specific needs, eliminating the need to remove unwanted filters like 'platform' to view their alerts.
