      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support configuring records in a view when using the Infoblox provider with External DNS Operator

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Infoblox DNS services are often run with multiple DNS views which contain a specific set of zones and records. External DNS Operator does not allow for passing in the view parameter when configuring the Infoblox provider. This means it cannot be used in environments that require OpenShift to put records in multiple views (i.e. an internal and an external cluster in a split-horizon setup).

The upstream external-dns project already supports this configuration with the --infoblox-view argument.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer operates clusters in both their primary corporate intranet (Intranet view) and in their external-facing DMZ (Internet view). The customer would like to use the External DNS Operator to automate configuration of records based on Routes or CRs in the view appropriate to the cluster where External DNS Operator is running. Clusters do NOT need to be able to create records in multiple views at this time.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
