Ability to define the CPU and Memory Requests & Limits for each of the  Kubernetes Deployment created by the Red Hat Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operator

Need to modify CPU/Memory requests of Red Hat Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operators deployment.
