      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Allow admins to arrange the order for node reboot during RHOCP upgrade

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently the MCO decided now the nodes reboot during an upgrade and there is no fixed order in which the nodes are rebooted randomly, we need a way in which admins can select/arrange the order of nodes reboot during the upgrade process

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Having this feature will let the customer select the nodes which they want to reboot first and get them back to working state. for example, if a customer has few nodes which are important and needs to be upgraded first in that situation this RFE is going to help.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
