YAML Editor should handle/display concurrently updated YAML objects

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer is editing YAML files in the YAML editor of the OpenShift Console. If the object is changing in the back-ground, this is not made transparent, until the user is trying to save his/her changes. 

=> The user has to refresh and his/her changes are lost.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Changes are lost which might cause time delays or inconsistencies.
