Define a node selector for the nfd-controller-manager-xx pod

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We would like to get the node feature discovery operator improved by adding the ability to define a node selector for the nfd-controller-manager-xx pod (ns: openshift-nfd). We haven't found a method to add a selector other than using a policy engine like Kyverno. Ideally, this should be configurable in the CR nodefeaturediscoveries.nfd.openshift.io
