opening from [RFE] ability for the customer to customize what alerts are counted as issues

Description of problem:

Customer see monitoring alerts warning as an issue and want to get notified on overview page of the cluster .

They states this is a bug rather than a feature , as they can overlook potential problem !

Previously we raised feature at

.the request to see storage alerts as issues, but it would be better to be able to customize which alerts are treated as issues.

Problem is the cluster overview states zero issue , while the alerts have show warnings , they want to see those warning as an issue . For example when they are running out of storage . please see screenshots in 02959652(1).tar.gz
