Make VPA usable for large cluster
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
As an openshift administrator who manages a very large cluster i want to deploy VPA for scale up few( not all) workload but VPA recommender by default watches every workload so that it can be ready to make recommendations for pods as soon as a VPA object is created. This cuse VPA recommended to use lot of memory and stop working . I want VPA to only monitor workload that i want to scale not all workload so that it can save on memory.
