Allow to untag the old datastore by editing the cloud-config object and pointing it to a new datastore.
Customer Request :- Customer wants to change the default datastore in cloud-config object but the previous datastore is not getting untagged while using Vsphere CSI driver. Even after editing to new datastore , object is still using the old datastore.
