Add feature to prevent audit log tampering on node

1. Proposed title of this feature request

• Add a new feature on the cluster level or on the node level, In which no one can edit the cluster audit logs on the node including root or Cluster admin.
• If someone tries to change audit logs, either an alarm should be generated or must be tracked somewhere for a record

• To prevent audit log tampering on node
